About Us

Helping People Who Help People Foundation, Inc. (“HPWHP” or “Foundation”) was founded in 2010 and incorporated in February 2011. HPWHP provides financial and nonfinancial support to help and rebuild the lives of those in the community who are in need, and nonprofit organizations whose missions are to help and rebuild the lives of those in the community who are in need. Such needs may include, but are not limited to, rehabilitation services, education, occupational training, housing, utility, and spiritual enrichment. The Foundation will provide goods, services, or funds to help and rebuild the lives of individuals in the community who are having difficulty paying their mortgage, rent, utility bill, doctor bill, other critical expenses, etc. The primary focus is to help individuals who need a helping hand. If the need is there and the Foundation can help, consideration will be given to provide such help.

Blessing to Others:  The Helping People Who Help People Foundation, Inc., has been fortunate to bless individuals with food and utility assistance, financial assistance to a family who experienced a fire, and financial grant assistance to organizations such as the Bowie Pantry, Interfaith Works Women Shelter, Milt Matthews Foundation, Camp Dynamite, Voices for a Second Chance.
